Use of data in order to manage the request of information
We inform you that your personal data (given from you) is managed by VEGA SRL (in the role of holder), in the field of required services or foreseen in your favor in order to execute your request. We also inform you that processing your personal data for this purpose is necessary and useful for the dispense of the service from the company.
Rights of the user
You will be able to know what kind of data about you is processed by Vega SRL and (if it is possible) you may practise your rights related to their use (right of access, rectification, updating, integration, deleting, limitation to the processing, to the portability and it is also possible to take back the permission for the processing obtaining also a copy of your data in the case they are stored in countries which are not part of EU as well as obtain information about the location where the data are stored or transferred). Data retention time
Your personal data can be stored for a certain period of time in order to reach the purpose for which they were collected in accordance with privacy laws. Howewer:
- for what concern data of potenzial customers, this period of time can not be longer than 36 months from the moment they were collected in order to reach the final purposes
- for what concern data of customers, in accordance with the current laws, this period can not be longer than 10 years from the moment in which the contract expire or, in case of complaints, this period can not overcome the statute of limitations wrote in the law for the protection of related righs (all of this can not be applied in certain specific cases where this period of time is longer)
Data communication
Your data will not be spread and they will be processed in the proper way from our employees, collaborators or other people outside the company desigined with the role of Data Controller or Holder which are involved in the managing of business relationships with you. They can also carry out technical, organizational or operative jobs in EU or even outside EU on our behalf.
Data transfer abroad
If it is necessary, your data may also be communicated to private or public subjects connected to a specific insurance relationship or to the insurance field in EU countries or even outside the EU if there are no valid guarantees for data protection (a full list of countries which give proper guarantees for data protection is available on the webiste of the Personal Data Protection Guarantor). In these cases, the transfer of your data will be carried out in accordance with the current laws and International agreements as well as following the adoption of appropriate measures.
